Apply Online

There are three ways in which you can apply directly to Birmingham College. Details of the three options:

  1. Download & print the application form of the website, complete it and send it us by fax or post.
  2. Contact us with your postal address or fill an online request form and we will send you a copy of the application form, course details and relevant information as requested.
  3. Apply online, as outlined below.

Preparing to fill in the form

Before applying online, please ensure that you read the course brochure & terms and conditions of enrolment. If you require further guidance before completing the application form then please contact the college.

Graduate & Professional Schools

Make sure you have all your supporting documents scanned and ready to upload. Documents required include:

  • Evidence of qualifications (certificates or transcripts) to show that you meet, or expect to meet the entry requirements;
  • Evidence of English language ability, if English is not your first language;
  • Two references - download our referee report form as a pdf;
  • A passport size photo
  • Passport copy
  • Biometric card (if applicable )

Note

  • Fields marked with * MUST be filled in.
  • Applicants will normally be contacted within ten working days of submitting an application.
  • After you click the submit button, the form will be sent immediately. If you entered an email address into the Personal Details section, a confirmation of submitting the application will be sent to you automatically.

Online Application Form

PERSONAL DETAILS (please enter your name as it appears on your passport. The name you provide here will be registered with the College and its partner universities. This is the name which will appear on your final degree or diploma certificate. Please ensure that it is your full name as stated on your identification document e.g. passport.

EXAMINATIONS TAKEN AND QUALIFICATIONS OBTAINED

Please send to us enter the details of your first degree and any relevant qualifications here. If you have any further qualifications you believe will affect your application, you should refer to them in the Personal Statement at the bottom of the application. Fraudulent results and discrepancies may result in your application being withdrawn.

For qualifications obtained at overseas institutions it is essential that a certified transcript of your complete academic record is provided, preferably with this application. Otherwise please confirm by ticking the following box that you are arranging for the transcript to be sent to us. Academic qualifications also include details of any courses that you are CURRENTLY taking.

FINANCES

If yes, please outline details here, including dates of conviction.

APPLICATION CHECKLIST Please ensure you have completed all the required sections on the form and check that you are submitting and enclosing the relevant documents before you send off your application. Please upload each document (file size cannot be larger than 1MB).

  1. A copy of your Passport (including front cover any previous visa pages and last page)
  2. A copy of your Bio metrics card (if applicable)
  3. A copy of your qualifications and examination results
  4. A copy of your English qualification if applicable (ie: IELTS, TOEFL or equivalent)

  7. Personal Statement (if application)
  8. A passport size photo
